Corriganville with Mack and Bo

Got in a short ride at Corriganville Park. Unfortunately, Mack carried some speed off of a downhill trail, hit a hidden rock, and blew out both of his tires. He said it just jumped out in front of him. I was unaware that rocks had the ability to jump.

Zeke's Scholar Award!

Zeke moved to a new school in January, and after some initial adjustments, Z-man has hit his stride academically. In fact, he has done so well, that last Tuesday, he received the scholar award for the Fifth Grade class. His teacher said she couldn't be more proud of him, and his classmates gave him high fives and "atta" boys. Pretty sweet. He was the student/scholar of the month for February.

And the award itself. Zeke's teacher gave him a huge hug, and spoke highly of his work ethic. Great day.

Plus, he got a certificate for a free meal at the Red Robin burger joint. Doesn't get any better than that.
As an aside, we just got his progress report, and he has four "A's," two "B's, and two "C's." We are very proud of him.
